While the creamy formulation will not weight down hair, it’s rich in moisture and works very well on dry, dehydrated hair to create body and volume. Positives: The lavender smells totally great, and it really does clean my hair. Not so positives: My hair is surely soft and clean, but it has the texture of lambs wool batting, like we used to stuff into ballet toe shoes. I adjusted my routine with it after a couple of weeks, using the Color Treat conditioner from Clairol as a finisher instead of using the Wen as a leave in that improved matters many. But I still had to use the Dove Smooth & Soft anti frizz product after style to get over the batting texture. It was more hard to style my hair, though I have to say that once it has been styled it stayed that way till the next time I used it. Bottom line, after a month of using it exactly as directed (to give it time to “take”), I could not stand it any more and could not wait to use real shampoo again. I did this morning and my hair looks clean, looks and feels like hair and not batting, and is much easier to style (took five minutes this morning as opposed to the 15 from using Wen). And I do not have to use the anti frizz product. I still have about a quarter of the bottle left but I will not be purchasing any more. (So I am happy I bought one bottle through Amazon, rather than signing up for the introductory package on tv, which comes with auto renewal every month!)

(REAL NAME) WOW! that’s all I can say. My dry, over processed hair is so beautiful again! it’s soft, and I have NOTHING in my hair (no product, hair spray, etc.). Feels liberating! I feel like a model! My hair swings, is bouncy, and soft. If you color your hair, you have to try! (The Fig and Lavender are best for dry, processed hair. The Sweet Almond Mint and others are better for regular hair. Tea Tree for dandruff).

(REAL NAME) () This is a distinctive product, it has no detergent, so be prepared to get used to it at 1st. I have long thin hair that tangles if you look at it sideways, (especially in the cold weather)this product keeps my hair generally tangle free and you do not have to wash as much. Good bye Biolage! I really see a decrease in the total of hair that gets pulled out while brushing when I use this product. I’m happy. I favor the lavender and the fig range, the tea tree is good if you have dandruff.
